According to the tradition, he went twice on crusades and <strong>came back from Jerusalem in 1150, carrying the sacred relic<\/strong> \u2013 a phial with a piece of a cloth with blood of Christ. Hence, the name of the chapel was changed to the Chapel of the Holy Blood.<\/p>\n<p>There are two chapels: <strong>the lower Romanesque St Basil chapel and the upper\u00a0Gothic Chapel of the Holy Blood<\/strong>.
